A 50 Eur fine would have been reasonable, but a fine which is 150% of what was originally paid? For that reason my overall experience apart from the course itself, was not that great. this was not possible, and i was told i would have to pay a 300 Eur fine instead and no refund. on top of that, i had additionally booked the accommodation for the course for 199Eur, but then needed to cancel it 2 weeks before the course started. in the end, i had to chase up the support to get login details for the matchstaff platform, which should have been provided automatically. Then, because our room was between 2 bartender teaching rooms, people from the other courses always just walked into our classes to take or drop things from their courses, which i found disrespectful, because we had to be respectful of their space when they were doing exams. There was no one to greet us, welcome us or tell us where to go or where our course would happen on the first day. However the school and the surrounding circumstances were not really great.
